4. Booking Process

  • Enquiries submitted through our website do not constitute a confirmed booking.

  • Bookings are only confirmed once:

    • A deposit has been paid

    • A confirmation agreement has been issued

5. Pricing & Availability

  • All prices are subject to availability and may change at any time prior to booking confirmation.

  • We reserve the right to update pricing or services without notice.

6. Payments

  • A 30% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your event date.

  • The remaining balance must be paid 14 days prior to the event.

  • Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your booking.

7. Cancellations & Changes

  • The booking fee is non-refundable.

  • Any cancellation must be made in writing.

  • Date changes are subject to availability.

8. Services

  • We provide fully managed photo booth services including setup, operation, and pack down.

  • All bookings include a professional booth attendant.

  • We do not offer unattended or drop-off services.

9. Event Requirements

  • The client must ensure:

    • Adequate space (approx. 8×8 ft)

    • Access to power

    • Suitable environment for setup

  • Delays caused by venue or access restrictions may reduce service time.

10. Travel

  • Travel is included within our local coverage area.

  • Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside this area and will be confirmed in advance.

11. Internet

  • Where possible, we will use venue internet.

  • If unavailable, we provide our own connection.

  • We are not responsible for limitations caused by poor signal or connectivity.

12. Equipment

  • All equipment remains the property of The Box Booth.

  • Clients are responsible for any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or guests.

13. Liability

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Power outages

  • Venue restrictions

  • Network issues

  • Weather conditions

14. Photos & Content

  • Photos taken during events may be used for promotional purposes.

  • If you do not wish your images to be used, you must inform us in advance.

15. Intellectual Property
